Computer Repair Service Warranty

All computer repair services have a 15 day warranty. If the problem returns within 15 days from the service date, Eikoh IT Solutions will fix the problem at no extra charge for you. The 15 day warranty applies to labor only. Any purchased parts required to perform the repair are guaranteed by the manufacturer, which is usually one year. Eikoh IT Solutions will assist you if any purchased part is damaged by contacting the manufacturer for a replacement if the warranty is still valid.

The computer repair service warranty will be voided if any of the following conditions apply:

• an illegal software is installed on the computer
• the computer has no antivirus protection
• the computer is used to download unlicensed files using peer to peer applications (e.g. Limewire)
• the computer is used to access inappropriate or adult content
• the computer has been physically damaged
