Eikoh IT Solutions has just become an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.5 by passing the Mac OS X Support Essentials v10.5 Exam.

Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) is the new certification for Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard. An ACSP certification verifies an understanding of Mac OS X functionality and an ability to configure key services, perform basic troubleshooting, and assist Mac users with essential Mac OS X capabilities.

This certification addresses the technical skills needed by a Mac OS X specialist who assists Mac OS X users with technical issues.
